Winding Road, David E. Davis Jr’s latest car mag (this one an online only offering) has a rendering of what the CTS coupe might look like.

Unfortunately, it appears that they (meaning Winding Road) has stayed a bit too close to the current CTS rather than the upcoming CTS which we’ve seen in spy photos for months. The rear view of this rendering is especially far off, in our estimation.

Sorry for the outage over the last couple days.

Our web host – VizaWeb.com – apparently went offline. This has served as a wake-up call for me and I will be quickly moving the Caddy Edge this weekend to a more reliable web hosting solution.

Color us less-than-surprised on this one.

Today, GM announced that the new CTS sedan will make its debut at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit in January.

New is the revelation that the CTS will go on sale in late summer 2007, with international debut to happen in the fall.

No word as yet on the debut of the rumored coupe or of the CTS-V, though since both are expected a year after the standard sedan, we’d not expect announcements until later anyway.

Intellichoice.com has just announced the winners of their 8th annual Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Awards.

Cadillac took the 2007 honors in the luxury brand segment.

Cadillac beat out 2nd place Volvo and 3rd place Lexus to take top honors this year.
