New for-sale forums added

We've made some changes over in the Caddy Edge forums. Most significant is a new place for posting ads for Cadillac cars, parts, and accessories. Also, we've rearranged a few forums, placing old news and front page forums down in the misc section - just to keep them for reference. Since that left us with only the Caddy Edge news board in the 'News' category - that forum has been moved into the same section as general discussion and the 'News' category has been deleted. These changes should improve the forums by simplifying the list and adding needed forums. Enjoy.
