JD Power has released their latest Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI). SSI is a measure of customer satisfaction with the new vehicle purchase process.
Scores are based on a 1000 point scale. This year, the industry average was 847.
Cadillac came in second to Jaguar with a score of 891.
Here are the top brands:
1st place – Jaguar – 912
2nd place – Cadillac – 891
3rd place (tie) – Lincoln and Porsche – 889
5th place (tie) – Lexus and Saturn – 887
