Cadillac announces $190 Million and 600 new jobs for Lansing, MI plant

Matching nicely with the rumors over the last couple days, GM/Cadillac announced that a new small Cadillac would go into production at GM's Lansing, Michigan plant. The investment would also include a new shift and 600 new assembly workers as well. What was not announced was the official name of the new Cadillac (though ATS is what has been floated by GM before) nor the exact timing of the start of production of the new car. Today's announcement only mentioned that the timing of the new shift and production of the new car would be 'announced later'.
