Cadillac commits to 2-mode hybrid SRX

At the New York autoshow, representatives with Cadillac have mentioned that they will be putting their 2-mode hybrid system in the new SRX.

Given the results in Saturn's Vue hybrid with this system, this could see a 20% improvement in highway economy.

No on-sale date was given.
