MotorTrend.com - STS-V vs Mercedes CLS55 AMG

Motortrend.com has posted their comparison of the new STS-V with the Mercedes CLS55 AMG (Mercedes E-class based 4-door 'coupe'). Their conclusions? Even for $12000 more, they'd take the Mercedes based on its less confusing nav system, richer interior, and faster acceleration (while both pack 469hp, the Mercedes does have quite the torque advantage (516 lb*ft vs the STS-V's 439). Otherwise, the cars are very well matched - and in our opinion the CLS' droopy headlights and trunk are just odd.
