How did Cadillac rank so high in customer satisfaction?

Over at the Pittsburgh, PA Post Gazette, they are discussing the recent findings of a pair of luxury customer satisfaction surveys that have ranked Cadillac among the top names in keeping customers happy. It turns out, GM has given dealers the authority to do things differently - especially when it comes to making the customer happy. They've gotten the product down.
